Jeremiah 31:31 tells us about the days when God will make a new covenant with His people. These are the days of that new covenant; the days of God’s grace and victory over the nature of sin.

If you are not sharing this good news and telling others about the wonderful works of God, you are denying them the opportunity of enjoying God’s blessings.

God has saved you from satan’s bondage and freed you from his burdens. One way to appreciate Him for this is to become a habitual testifier of His goodness.

“Tell at least one person about how Jesus saved you today. Don’t keep the good news of Christ’s redemption to yourself.”

MEMORISE: I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O Lord, thou knowest. – Psalm 40:9

People who worship idols invite others to join their cults by telling and showing them what they have received from the devil. They do not hide what they get from satan, even though his gifts always come with hidden and terrible consequences.

When God does something in your life, you must not hide it; rather, share the testimony with other people unless He tells you otherwise.

Tell your friends, co-workers, and neighbours about the goodness of the Lord this Easter season. Encourage them to taste and see that the Lord is good indeed (Psalm 34:8).

“If we do not share the good things that God has done for us, many people will remain under the devil’s bondage.”

MEMORISE: I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation. – Psalm 40:10

A burden, in this context, refers to a difficult situation that a person must deal with. Often, burdens attach themselves to people against their will, and they cannot remove them on their own.

Do you have problems that you cannot do anything about? there is someone called the Burden Bearer; His name is Jesus Christ. As you cry to Him for help today, He will answer you.

Sin is a heavy burden that crushes those under it. When the burden of sin is upon a fellow, the fellow will remain under the devil’s heavy yoke until he or she meets a stronger person who can remove the yoke. (Mark 3:27)

“Jesus is waiting for you to cast all your burdens on Him, and He will give you rest.”
“If you have not yet given your life to Christ, acknowledge Him as Lord and Saviour over your life.”

MEMORISE: Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. – (Matthew 11:28)

Do not seek any kind of help outside God. Those who seek other gods and alternatives to God will eventually end up in sorrow.

Those who seek help apart from God always pay dearly for it because the devil has nothing free to give.

I implore you today to continue to tarry in God’s presence. Put your complete trust in Him because His help is on the way, and He will never disappoint you (Hebrews 10:35-38).

PRAYER POINT: Father, please help me to wait patiently on You for Your help at all times.

MEMORISE: Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips. – Psalm 16:4

Child of God, you might not know the great miracles you are hindering if you refuse to speak God’s word to unfavourable situations.

When you encounter a mountain in the way of your progress, speak to it in the name of Jesus, and it will obey you (Mark 11:23).

Revelation 1:6 says that you are a king, and Ecclesiastes 8:4 says that where the word of a king is, there is power. Doubt is one of the major things that can stop power from showing up when you speak.

“Beloved, don’t keep quiet in the face of negative situations; speak God’s word over them in faith, and they will turn around completely for good, in Jesus’ name.”

MEMORISE: For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. – Mark 11:23

Your words can also carry power when they are backed up by the living word of the Almighty God. (Hebrews 4:12)

If you are a true disciple of Jesus Christ, demons will recognize who you are and be afraid of you because they know that you have the power to cast them out. (Acts 19:13-17)

Be conscious of the power in God’s word, exercise your authority in it by speaking it boldly in the face of challenges and oppositions, and you will always emerge victorious.

“God’s word is powerful in the mouths of His children.”

MEMORISE: When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: – Matthew 8:16

Every part of the life and being of a Christian who is totally surrendered to God is a potent weapon in God’s hands.

God is a miracle worker, but He is looking for vessels – men and women – who will believe Him so that He can release His power on the earth through them.

Your heavenly Father wants His power to flow through you so He can establish His Kingdom wherever you are. However, before your garment (which signifies your life) can become a conductor of God’s power, your internal garment has to be pure.

“Our garments should always be white. This has nothing to do with always wearing white clothes; instead, it has everything to do with the heart. If a fellow’s heart is not surrendered to the Lord and is full of greed, that person’s garment cannot carry God’s power.”

MEMORISE: Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment. – Ecclesiastes 9:8

If you are a child of God, you must know that your heavenly Father has anointed you with His power. This means that your hands are not ordinary – they have become God’s channel of healing, deliverance, and restoration.

Exercise your faith in Him by laying hands on the sick for their healing, and you will begin to see special miracles happen through you.

Advise To Christians Doctors

Before you administer medications to your patients, obtain their permission to lay hands on them, then pray for them.

You will encounter situations where there will be nothing more you can do for your patients medically. At those times, hand their cases over to the One who said, ‘I am the Lord that healeth thee.’

MEMORISE: They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. – Mark 16:18

It is important for Christians to walk in signs and wonders if we are to win the world to Jesus. In John 4:48, Jesus said that some people will not believe the gospel unless they see signs and wonders.

Some Christians doubt that the sick will recover if they lay their hands on them. All you have to do is obey Him and leave the rest to Him.

God didn’t say that you should lay hands on the sick and cause them to recover; all He wants is for you to lay hands on the sick, and He will make sure that they recover. (Mark 16:17-20)

“To become God’s instrument for revealing His signs and wonders, faith is important. Those who obey Jesus’ commandments in faith always get the results that Jesus said they would get.”

MEMORISE: Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. – Isaiah 8:18

God cannot lie (Numbers 23:19); hence, if Jesus says His disciples are the light of this world (Matthew 5:14), if you are His disciple, then you are light.

If our Father is the Light (James 1:17 ), then His children must be light. God commands you to let your light shine so that men will see your good works and give glory to Him. (Matthew 5:16)

As a child of God, light is your identity, and this light must shine so brightly that it eliminates every form of darkness around you.

“Your life must reveal God’s glory and grace. In (John 14:12), Jesus said that those who believe in Him will do the works He did and even surpass them by doing greater works.”

MEMORISE: The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. – Matthew 4:16

Wives are helpmeets (Genesis 2:18-22) and are required to cater to their husbands’ spiritual, nutritional, and emotional needs.

An African proverb says a hungry man is an angry man. If you don’t feed your husband, you will always have an angry man at home.

If a woman honours her husband and sees to it that she caters to his spiritual, nutritional, and sexual needs, all other things being equal, she will not need to be jumping from one prayer mountain to the other to seek his love. (Proverbs 31:28)

“Some wives are very respectful towards their bosses at work and pastors in church but disrespect their husbands. Such actions do not please God.”

MEMORISE: Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord. – Colossians 3:18
