When you commit your ways to the Lord and surrender all you have to Him, He will reveal Himself to you in ways that are beyond your wildest imagination. (John 6:5-13)

I want to encourage you not to struggle with God over your life. Surrender to Him completely, and I assure you that your testimony will be that it is a good thing to trust in the Lord.

God will either be Lord of all, or He will not be Lord at all. Surrendering to God begins with giving your heart to Him completely.

When bodyguards are confronted by assailants with superior firearms, the people they are protecting will quickly realise that nobody is really willing to die for someone else, no matter how much he or she is paid.

The only one who can keep you safe is the Most High God; therefore, your hope for tomorrow should be in Him and no one else.

People who have had to undergo surgery because of what seemed to be a minor accident, such as hitting their toes against a stone, will understand how important David’s words in Psalm 91:11-12 are.

“When God protects you, nothing and no one can harm you; No matter how numerous they are.”

MEMORISE: I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. – Psalm 91:2

God can give you victories that have nothing to do with how powerful, wise, strong, or influential you are – they will only be by His unfailing mercies and love. (Zechariah 4:6).

If you don’t surrender all to the Lord (as recommended in Psalm 37:5) and He gives you success, you might likely forget Him and begin to feel as if you have become successful because of your abilities.

God wants all His children to enjoy good success. He showed Joshua an important key to attaining such success: meditating on His word.

There is, a better way for children of God to succeed, that is winning without a fight, as we see in Romans 8:37, which says that we are more than conquerors simply because God loves us.

Some people say that God loves everyone equally, but this is not really true. Jesus had twelve disciples, but some were closer to Him than others.

Jesus said, in John 14:23, that if you love Him, you will keep His word, and His Father will love you so much that He will make His abode in you.

“Loving God by keeping His word is your guarantee to attaining good success and experiencing victory without a fight.”

MEMORISE: Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. – John 14:23

When God promises to go with you in your endeavours, success is assured, but you may need to fight. Exodus 3:10-12

When the Lord is with you, the possibility of failing in the battle of life vanishes. Stop trying to succeed by yourself; surrender your plans to God and ask Him to help you like Jabez did, and He will give you good success.

“Child of God, don’t consider anything in your life as an accident. Before your birth, God carefully arranged everything about your life, and when He is with you in life’s battles, you will undoubtedly win.”

MEMORISE: Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. – Proverbs 3:5-6

The secret to ensuring that your plans succeed is to commit them into God’s hands and put all your trust in Him. If you allow God to be in charge, you will surely succeed.

In battles of life, the possibility of failure, turns into an assurance of failure if God is fighting against the fellow. James 4:6 tells us that God resists the proud.

In whatever you plan to do, you must first ensure that God is not fighting against you. One way to ensure that God is not fighting against you is to be holy.

~ If you decide to use crooked means to succeed, even if you appear to actually be succeeding, the success won’t last. Beloved, you cannot afford for God to be against you.~

MEMORISE: Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. – Psalm 37:5

The Light doesn’t only come with blessings and miracles; He also comes with purpose, assignments and responsibilities to do God’s will. (Mark 5:2-20)

You cannot come into the Light and remain idle. The Light empowers people to go into the world and preach the gospel to all creatures (Mark 16:15).

Wherever you go, God wants you to shine His light. Make it your life’s mission to tell everyone you come across about the marvellous Light that has set you free.

“ACTION POINT: Today, tell someone about something Jesus has done for you. Shine the Light of Jesus for others to see.”

MEMORISE: Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. – Matthew 5:15

Light is powerful; it impacts everything it touches. When the light of God shines over you, it will touch every aspect of your life, and your story will change for good.

Sometimes, however, people who have surrendered their lives to Jesus may still face certain negative circumstances. (People tend to think that something must be wrong with a believer who is facing challenges.)

When the Light comes, people’s stories change for the better; the blind begin to see, the sick get healed, the lame begin to walk, the barren become fruitful, and the poor begin to experience abundance.

“PRAYER POINT: Lord, please visit me with Your light and change my story for the better in Jesus’ name.”

MEMORISE: Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. – John 8:12

Jesus is the Light (John 8:12), and whenever He touches a person or a place, a miraculous transformation occurs.

When God’s light touches you, you will experience transformation and healing in any area of your life where there is darkness, stagnancy, or confusion.

I pray that He will touch everything that concerns you and cause a positive transformation in your life, in Jesus’ name.

Some people are in terrible situations today because of certain sins their parents committed. People’s sins can create problems that will flow down their bloodlines.

Also, every human who has not accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour is under the curse inherited from Adam and Eve, humanity’s first parents.

Jesus came to set captives free, and this includes blotting out the handwriting of negative family patterns and curses.

“When you turn to Jesus wholeheartedly, He will welcome you into His family – a curse-free lineage.”

MEMORISE: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; – Exodus 20:5
